AFM: The 3B’s

Every year the Anchorage Festival of Music (AFM) performs a series of concerts showcasing a unique musical theme. The 3B’s was a collection of music from composers Bach, Beethoven and Brubeck. The challenge was to graphically join these three artists that spanned three centuries of musical history. I developed a logo to be used with all concert content, as well as the brochure, postcards and web graphics to be used in marketing. This logo has three different typographic B’s, to represent each individual composer, that work as one unit. One in three and three in one.
